From an overall design concept to a more hands on start to finish approach, we love coming along side you and allowing your next project to live up to it’s full potential. From consulting on architectural plans to furniture installed and staged, we’d love to help you with a thought out, custom design!
New Build/Remodel
Starting from the ground up, we provide assistance working in collaboration with your contractors to cast a unique custom vision for your project and follow along through execution. We provide collaboration on floor plans, work along side the contractor for design decisions throughout the build including selection of materials, finishes and fixtures, lighting design and elevations for the interior and exterior. To fully complete your new build we also offer sourcing and installation of furnishings.
Short Term Rental
Short Term Rentals have become an area of focus. It is our goal to create eye catching designs that photograph well and result in a great first impression. We provide a turn key service to get your property rent ready. From cabinets stocked to pictures hung, we can take care of everything in between to ensure that we create a cozy and welcoming space your guests will enjoy and want to book another stay in!
Furnishing
A space doesn’t truly come to life until you fill it with layers of texture and warmth provided by furnishings. At Seventh Day Design, we are passionate about creating comfortable, livable spaces with an elevated feel. We create a design presentation detailing each space to provide a cozy, timeless and cohesive design. We then source, install and stage furnishings and provide a big reveal of your newly decorated spaces!
E Design
Have a project you want some assistance with but want to execute yourself at your own pace? We offer E Design packages priced per room that provide a design presentation laying out each room. The presentation includes linked furnishing so that you can order at your leisure. It will also include any tips and instructions necessary to provide ease in executing the design.
Our Process

During our initial contact we will ascertain project details including style preferences, budget and desired timeline. We will also discuss the scope of the project and our envolvement.

Based on our consultation we will put together a proposal for your project. Upon approval of the proposal we will draft a contract that will include fee structure and various policies. Upon review and signature an initial deposit is due.

During this phase we will begin conceptualizing the design plan based on the scope of the project, style and budgets discussed. Sourcing furniture and/or building materials happens during this phase along with any other design plans necessary for the project.

This is where we reveal all we have been working on for approval! If we are designing a new build or remodel we will present a design plan for approval prior to passing along to contractors. For furnishing designs we will present room plans for approval prior to purchasing furnishings.

Once we have revealed any design plans we will give you time to review and an opportunity to revise according to the contract if necessary. It's important to us that we work together to get things perfect while maintaining a cohesive design.

Our vision becomes a reality. All work by contractors will be completed for any build or remodel projects. All furnishing and decor will be installed and staged in your space according to the project and ideally we will get to present a big reveal! We also have the option to have your project professionally photographed.
